Qualifications


Ms. Prezgar has over ten years of industry experience. She has directed extensive financial and technical analysis in extremely large and complex telecommunications bid processes. Additionally, her background includes call center expertise which has expanded to encompass e-commerce. Her qualifications also include project management, application development, and consulting expertise in the selection, installation, and implementation of PBX systems, Centrex, intelligent console systems, voice processing systems, and associated PBX applications. Ms. Prezgar is a PATH (Professional Accreditation for Telecommunications in Healthcare) instructor. She was invited to speak last spring at the ACUTA (Association of College & University Telecommunications Administrators) conference.

Strategic planning/marketing engagements for vendors were a logical evolution. Having supported high profile large volume technology purchases decisions Ms. Prezgar has a unique perspective on sales and marketing. She has consulted to vendors regarding marketing strategy, market assessment, and strategic planning. She has also established business partnerships.

Ms. Prezgar's specific experience includes the following:

  • Strategic planning, business plan development, and branding for an information technology company. Responsibilities include: market assessment, business relationship development, marketing planning, and technology planning. Supported client as they launched a new line of business.

  • Comprehensive project responsibility in the design and selection of a new 40,000 line fully integrated advanced communications solution to serve multiple locations of a university and affiliated health system. The bid and negotiation process resulted in annual savings of more than a million dollars for the institutions. Overall system design included advanced capabilities such as ATM, integrated telemanagement, advanced inter-switch networking, automatic call distribution (ACD), universal messaging, interactive voice response (IVR), computer-telephony integration (CTI), wireless technology, and video-conferencing. Implementation includes a modified cable reuse strategy.

  • Complete telecommunications project management responsibility for a high profile health system's new state of the art Call Center. This institutional marketing entity provides services including nurse triage, patient referral, physician to physician referral, and marketing fulfillment.

  • Former owner of classic furniture business.

  • Process reengineering and technical design for a comprehensive e-commerce/call center/fulfillment initiative.
